Get rid of cosmetically undesirable, enlarged veins on the legs.
Small to medium sized spider veins can be treated with a long long-pulsed Nd: YAG. Here, a brief laser impulse penetrates the skin layer, and, due to is special wave length, is only absorbed by the red blood pigments of the vessels and converted to heat. In that, the undesirable veins in the legs are atrophied. Surrounding skin is spared. Prior to treatment we recommend a phlebological exam in the phlebological department of the University’s skin clinic.
